As a small professional theatre, we count on donations from our supporters to help us continue to produce high-quality theatre that shines a light on women and emerging artists both on stage and off. Producing at Prism: where does my donation go?
Obtaining the rights to perform a play: $130 per performance ($910 total for one show)
One actor/designer stipend: $350 per show
Cost of renting the performance space: $1200 per week ($2400 total per show)
Creation and printing of marketing materials: $1000
Online advertising: $200
Cost of building the set for one show: between $1000 - $3000
Costumes: $500-$1000 per show
Props: $300 per show
